By completing this commitment form and paying the required vendor fee, you agree to the specified terms in order to participate in the Create at Pizitz Market.

VENDOR TERMS:

• Pay the non-refundable vendor fee before the market date to secure your participation.
• Ensure that your booth is set up by 11:00 AM on the day of the market.
• Actively promote the market through your business’s social media, email lists, or other marketing channels.
• You are responsible for both setting up and breaking down your booth.
• Market hours and additional details will be provided by Create Birmingham in advance.

CREATE BIRMINGHAM TERMS:

• Provide vendors with relevant market details and promotional materials.
• Ensure clear communication regarding event logistics.
• Offer support to vendors leading up to and during the market as needed.
